Why People Find This Helpful

Pension paperwork can pile up quietly. These resources are designed to make it feel manageable.

Plain-Language Explanations

Official documents use dense wording. Our sessions and materials translate that into everyday English so the information actually lands.

Organised Paperwork, Less Stress

A consistent filing structure makes it far easier to locate the right document when you actually need it — without last-minute searching.

Community, Not Classroom

Learning alongside others who share the same questions creates a comfortable space. No tests, no pressure — just conversation and shared understanding.

Entirely Non-Advisory

Everything we offer is general education. You stay in full control of your decisions. We never tell you what to do with your money or pension arrangements.

Work at Your Own Pace

Whether you prefer a one-off session, a self-directed workbook, or a full year of community learning, there is a format that fits how you like to absorb information.

Based in Chiang Mai

Sessions are held locally, with content adapted for the Thailand context. Convenient for expats and residents alike, with a genuine sense of neighbourhood.

Ready to Get Your Pension Papers in Order?

Commonly Asked Questions

A few things people often want to know before joining.

Is this financial advice?
No. Everything Goldwick offers is general educational information only. We explain common terms, help you understand what official documents typically contain, and support you in organising your own records. We do not tell you what decisions to make, and nothing here should be read as individual financial, tax, or legal advice.
Who are these sessions suitable for?
The sessions and materials are designed for anyone who holds pension documents and wants to understand them more clearly — particularly expats and long-term residents in Thailand who find the terminology in official notices confusing. No prior knowledge is assumed.
Where do sessions take place?
Group sessions are held at our office at 12 Loi Kroh Road, Chang Khlan, Chiang Mai. The workbook is available in both printable and digital formats, so it can be used anywhere at your convenience. Community Learning Year members also access an online forum and recorded sessions.
How large are the overview groups?
We keep groups small — typically between six and twelve people — so there is space for questions and genuine discussion. Dates are announced in advance and places are limited, so we encourage early enquiry if you have a particular session in mind.
What does the Records Tidy-Up Workbook cover?
The workbook guides you through identifying which documents you have, what each category typically contains, how to label and file them consistently, and how to create a simple folder structure — either in physical folders or digitally. A printed checklist helps you track what you have gathered and what may still be outstanding.
What is included in the Community Learning Year?
Membership covers twelve months of group learning sessions, access to curated written explainers, a moderated discussion forum, and an archive of all past recordings. Topics are chosen based on what members want to understand better. The tone is conversational and unhurried — no coursework, no assessments.
Are prices stated in Thai Baht?
Yes. All prices are listed in Thai Baht (฿). Payment details are confirmed at the point of enquiry. We are happy to answer any questions about what is included before you commit to anything.
